Seongjae Lim (25, CJ Logistics) 메이저놀이터and Keith Mitchell (USA) compete in a two-person team battle in the 3rd round of the PGA Tour Zurich Classic (total prize money: $8.6 million) marked 2nd place alone.

Lim Seong-jae and Mitchell recorded 10 under par 62 strokes with 10 birdies in the third round of the tournament held at the Louisiana TPC (par 72, 7425 yards) in Avondale, Louisiana, USA on the 23rd (Korean time).

With a total of 25-under-par 191 strokes over the three days, they placed second alone, one stroke behind the Wyndham Clark-Bo Hoosler (USA) group, which held the lead on the third day.

On the first day, Lim Seong-jae and Mitchell, who tied for 3rd place with 10 under par in the first round, which was played in a four-ball format where two players played with their own balls, tied for second place in the second round, which was played in a foursome format in which one ball was alternated. He cruised alone in 2nd place.

Im Seong-jae made a big success on this day, taking responsibility for 7 out of 10 birdies.

Im Seong-jae, who made a 5m birdie putt from hole 1 (par 4), succeeded in birdie about 7m in hole 3 (par 3) following hole 2 (par 5), and caught 3 birdies in the first 3 holes.

Lim Seong-jae then made three consecutive birdies in holes 6 to 8.

In the second half, Mitchell pulled out birdies on holes 11 (par 5), 16 (par 4), and 18 (par 5), and Seongjae Lim added a birdie on hole 13 (par 4).

Kim Si-woo (28, CJ Logistics) and Kim Joo-hyung (21, Nike Golf), who competed as a team again following last year’s Presidents Cup, scored a joint 8-under-par 64 and 19-under-par 197 on the day, putting them in a tie for 13th place.

Ahn Byeong-hoon (32, CJ Logistics) and Kim Seong-hyeon (25, Shinhan Financial Group) also rose from a tie of 28th to a tie of 13th.
